1. Proof of Purchase:
- Transaction ID from PayPal.
- Indicate the e-mail address used for your PayPal payment.
- Total amount you have paid.
2. Contact information:
- Company name.
- Contact first and last name.
- Contact eMail.
- Contact telephone.
3. Advertising Material (please make sure all material submitted is in compliance with our specifications and has been paid for):
For each banner -
a). The actual banner (you can send a URL of banner from your server or attach banner image to this e-mail)
b). A URL to the appropriate page of your site for this banner
For layer text link(s) on recipe pages -
a). Title of your site
b). URL to appropriate page of your site (for each category of utensils/appliances you have paid for)
