Banana Cow
What You Need:
  • 1 ounce light rum
  • 1 small ripe banana, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ˝ cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A dash of Angostura bitters
  • 1 cup crushed or finely cracked ice

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine the rum, banana, milk, vanilla, bitters and ice in the jar of an electric blender and blend at high speed for 20 or 30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and frothy.

    2. Pour the banana cow into a 12-ounce stemmed glass or soda glass and serve at once.
