What You Need: |

1 ounce light rum
¼ cup strained fresh lime or lemon juice
¼ cup canned guava juice or 2 tablespoons canned guava syrup
2 tablespoons canned pineapple juice
½ cup crushed or finely cracked ice

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Combine the rum, lime or lemon juice, guava juice or syrup, pineapple juice and ice in the jar of an electric blender.
|
2. Blend at high speed for 20 or 30 seconds, until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
|
3. Pour the punch into a tall, slim 14 or I5-ounce chilled glass and serve at once.
