What You Need: |

|
˝ ounce sweet vermouth
3 ounces light Bacardi rum
A dash of Angostura bitters
3 to 4 ice cubes
1 strip orange peel
A 4-ounce cocktail glass, chilled

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Combine the sweet vermouth, rum, bitters and ice cubes in a mixing glass.
|
2. Stir with a bar spoon, then place a strainer over the top of the mixing glass and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
|
3. Twist the orange peel over the glass to release the oil, and twirl itaround the inside edge of the glass. Do not add it to the drink.
