| What You Need: |

1˝ teaspoons superfine sugar
A 1-inch piece cinnamon stick
3 ounces rum
1 cup hot milk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Ground nutmeg
A 12-ounce mug

| How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Wash the mug with very hot water and shake it dry.
|
2. Place the sugar, piece of cinnamon stick and rum in the mug,and stir to dissolve the sugar.
|
|
3. Pour in the hot milk, top with the tablespoon of butter, and sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
