What You Need: |

Juice of 1 lime
3 ounces gin
2 to 3 sprigs fresh mint
˝ egg white
˝ teaspoon superfine sugar
3 to 4 ice cubes
A 6-ounce cocktail glass, chilled

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Combine the juice of a lime, the gin, sprigs of mint, ˝ egg white and sugar in a mixing glass and add the ice cubes.
|
2. Place a shaker on top of the mixing glass and, grasping them firmly togetherwith both hands, shake vigorously, making sure that the mint is well bruised.
|
3. Remove the shaker, place a strainer on top of the mixing glass, andpour into the cocktail glass.
