What You Need: |

3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
4 ounces vodka
Pinch of superfine or confectioners sugar
4 to 6 ice cubes
An 8-ounce wine glass, chilled

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Combine the grapefruit juice, vodka, sugar and 4 or 5 ice cubes in a mixing glass, and stir gently with a bar spoon to dissolve the sugar and combine the ingredients.
|
2. Place a strainer on top of the mixing glass and pour into the chilled wine glass.
|
3. Add 1 ice cube to the wine glass if desired.
