What You Need: |

4 ounces Carpano or sweet vermouth
1˝ ounces Campari bitters
1 strip orange peel
2 ice cubes
2 ounces cold club soda
An 8-ounce wine glass

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Place the Carpano or sweet vermouth and bitters in an 8-ounce wine glass.
|
2. Twist the orange peel over the glass to release the oil, rub the cut edge of the peel around the inside of the rim, and drop the peel into the glass.
|
3. Add the ice cubes, fill with club soda, and stir.
