What You Need: |

3 to 4 ice cubes
3 ounces vodka
4 ounces strong, cold beef bouillon
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
An 8-ounce wine glass, chilled

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Combine the ice, vodka and beef bouillon' in a mixing glass, add salt and pepper to taste, and stir with a bar spoon.
|
2. Place a strainer on top of the mixing glass and pour into a chilled wine glass.
|
