2 ounces fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1 teaspoon Cointreau or Triple Sec
3 ounces light rum
6 ounces shaved or cracked ice
A short straw
An 8-ounce wine glass, chilled

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Combine the lime juice, sugar, Cointreau or Triple See, rum and ice in an electric blender, and blend for 20 seconds at medium speed.
|
2. Pour the contents of the container, unstrained, into a large wine glass,and serve with a short straw.
