Gin And Bitters

What You Need: |

A dash of Angostura bitters
3 ounces gin
1 ice cube (optional)
A 4-ounce cocktail glass, chilled
|

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Dash 2 or 3 drops of bitters into the cocktail glass and swirl it all around the bottom and sides of the glass.
|
2. Then shake it out. Pour in the gin and, if you wish, add the ice cube.
