4 ounces (˝cup) shaved or finely cracked ice
1˝ ounces white creme de menthe
˝ ounce brandy
A short straw
Fill a cocktail glass with shaved or finely cracked ice.

How To Cook: |
|

1. Pour in the white creme de menthe.
|
2. Pour the brandy on top of the creme de menthe very slowly, so that it floats on the surface.
|
3. Serve with a short straw.
