What You Need: |

1 lemon
2 to 3 ice cubes
6 ounces cold Rhine wine, or substitute another dry white wine
4 ounces cold club soda
A Tom Collins glass

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. With a small, sharp knife, carefully peel the lemon in a spiral, as you would an apple.
|
2. The peel should be in 1 piece, resembling a corkscrew.
|
3. Drop the peel into the Tom Collins glass, add the ice cubes and white wine, and fill the glass with cold club soda.
