| How To Cook: |

1. Fill the glass portion of a cocktail shaker with ice and add .the vodka.
|
2. Coat the inside of a chilled martini glass with Fino Sherry and toss out the excess into the mixing glass.
|
3. Further season the glass by flaming a couple of orange peels into the glass.
|
4. Chill the vodka and strain into the seasoned glass.
|
5. Garnish with. an additional flamed orange peel.
