What You Need: |

1½ ounces Bombay Dry Gin
1 ounce Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth
¾ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
1 ounce Simple Syrup
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Seltzer Water

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Shake all ingredients with ice except the seltzer and strain over ice into a collins glass.
|
2. Top with soda, but no more than two ounces.
|
3. Garnish with a spiral of lemon peel.
|
