1½ ounces Cardinal Mendoza Brandy
¼ ounce Galliano Liqueur
1½ ounces Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
2 dashes of Grenadine

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Pour all ingredients in the glass section of a Boston Shaker.
|
2. Fill with cubed ice and shake hard to a slow count of ten.
|
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
|
4. Flame an orange peel over the surface of the drink and drop it into the glass.
