What You Need: |

1½ ounces Pimm's #1
¾ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
1 ounce Simple Syrup
Champagne
|

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Shake first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
|
2. Strain over ice into a large goblet and top with Champagne.
|
3. Garnish with a spear of cucumber and slice of apple.
|
NOTE:
|
The English get extravagant with the garnish using many varieties of fruit and mint.
