| What You Need: |

½ ounce Cognac
½ ounce Cointreau
¼ ounce Luxardo
Maraschino Liqueur
¼ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice (yellow tail) Sparkling Wine

| How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice except the sparkling wine.
|
2. Strain into a martini glass and fill with sparkling wine.
|
3. Garnish with burnt orange peel.
