1 ounce Peter Cherry Heering
Lightly Whipped Unsweetened Cream

How To Cook: |

1. Assemble the bourbon and Cherry Herring in a bar shaker glass with ice and shake well.
|
2. Strain into an elegant oversized shot glass; divide the mixture between two shot glasses and spoon a half inch of lightly whipped cream on each.
