What You Need: |

1 cup flour
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons skim milk (use instant)
½ teaspoon salt
Powder mixed in water

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Mix flour and salt. Combine oil and milk and pour over flour.
|
2. Stir with a fork till smooth.
|
3. Shape into a ball, flatten and wrap with a sheet of waxed paper. Chill.
|
4. Peel off the paper and roll out. Use as desired.
