What You Need: |

3 cups flour
8 oz brown sugar
2 oz melted butter
2 oz water
1 teaspoon baking powder

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Make syrup of water and sugar.
|
2. Sift together dry ingredients and add syrup and melted butter.
|
3. Turn on to a floured board and pat into ¼ inch thickness.
|
4. Cut into circles.
|
5. Place on a greased tin and bake for 20 minutes in a 400°F oven.
