12 carrots
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons sugar
2 sliced oranges

How To Cook: |

|
1. Glaze 12 small carrots by melting the sugar and butter in a pan and turning the carrots, either sliced or whole, in the mixture over a moderate heat till golden brown.

2. Add 2 sliced oranges and reheat to serve.
