What You Need: |

4 cocos
1 pound soup meat
2 quarts water
2 slices of bacon
1 tablespoon butter

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Chop up cocos and place in a pot with water and soup meat and bacon.
|
2. Boil until cocos are soft and meat is cooked.
|
3. Remove meat, put cocos and liquid through a blender or sieve.
|
4. Season to taste. Add the meat and a dab of margarine. Reheat to serve.
