How To Cook: |

1. Mix together cornmeal, flour, egg, milk and salt.
|
2. Add tin of whole kernel corn and stir.
|
3. Pour oil into frying pan and allow it to become very hot.
|
4. Drop the mixture (with a teaspoon) into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on each side.
|
5. Allow each fritter to drain on paper towel.
