Fruity Callaloo
What You Need:
  • 1 bunch callaloo, chopped
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • Salt, pepper

    • How To Cook:
    1. Wash and prepare callaloo, add salt and pepper.

    2. Put into a pot with grapefruit juice. Cook quickly for 10 minutes.

    3. Drain, season to taste and serve.
