Jamaica Fish Pie
What You Need:
  • 2 cups cooked flaked fish (any)
  • 1 cup white sauce
  • 1 cup cooked peeled shrimps
  • Salt, pepper, chopped parsley
  • 1 cup cooked, mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 beaten egg

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix together fish, white sauce, shrimp, seasonings and parsley and place in a deep pie dish.

    2. Mix remaining ingredients to form dough.

    3. Roll out on a floured board and cut to cover pie.

    4. Place dough over fish mixture and prick top with a fork.

    5. Bake in a moderate oven about 30 minutes or till crust is brown.
