What You Need: |

8 lamb chops, ˝ inch thick
1 teaspoon jerk sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 sprig fresh thyme, chopped
3 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. In a large baking dish, season chops with all ingredients.
|
2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
|
3. Preheat oven to 400°F or barbecue to 375°F.
|
4. On a greased baking pan, bake chops for 10 minutes.
|
5. Turn on broiler and broil chops 3 to 5 minutes each side.
