Peppermint Sauce
What You Need:
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 cups thin cream (evaporated milk)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons creme de menthe

  • How To Cook:
    1. Beat egg whites stiff.

    2. Fold in cream, sugar and creme de menthe.

    3. Good over a fruit salad.
