Sabayon Sauce
What You Need:
4 oz sugar

tablespoons
sherry
3 egg yolks
Few drops vanilla
How To Cook:

. Cream sugar and yolks together over a gentle heat.

. Add vanilla.

. Gradually add sherry and
whisk
vigorously until frothy and firm.

. Use immediately.
