How To Cook: |

1. Soak peas in cold water to soften (preferably overnight).

2. Soak salted meat in cold water to get rid of excess salt (preferably overnight).
|
3. Place the meat and peas together in a large sauce pan with water.
|
4. Simmer for about two hours or until tender.
|
5. Add thyme, scallions, pepper, coconut milk and spinners.
|
6. Cook for thirty more minutes. Serve hot with white rice.
