What You Need: |

6 chopped shallot
2 tablespoons vinegar
1˝ tablespoons brown sugar
˝ teaspoon ketchup
1˝ cups pineapple juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
˝ cup water
3 teaspoons cornstarch

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Mix all ingredients except water and cornstarch and simmer gently for about 40 minutes.
|
2. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the sauce.
|
3. Simmer 5 minutes more, stirring until sauce thickens.
