Broiled Fillets With Kasseri And Tomatoes
(Fetes Psari Me Kasseri Kai Domates)

What You Need: |

2 pounds skinless flounder or other fish fillets
2 tablespoons grated onion
1½ teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 stick (¼ pound) butter, melted
1 cup grated kasseri cheese

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Preheat broiler.
|
2. Place fillets in a single layer in a well-greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with onion, salt, pepper, and tomatoes.

3. Sprinkle tomatoes lightly with additional salt and pepper (optional). Drizzle butter over all.
|
4. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Sprinkle with cheese and broil 2 minutes more.
