Sesame Seed Sauce
(Tahini Saltsa)
What You Need:
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ˝ cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • ˝ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste

  • How To Cook:
    HAND METHOD:
    1. Beat garlic into tahini, then gradually beat in lemon juice and enough cold water to make a smooth, creamy dressing.

    2. Add cumin and salt.

    FOOD PROCESSOR METHOD:
    1. Combine garlic and tahini in work bowl. Pulse briefly.

    2. Add remaining ingredients and blend quickly.

    To Make: 1˝ cups
