1. Heat drippings in a large heavy skillet.
|
2. Add onion; saute until tender, about 5 minutes.
|
3. Add potatoes; saute on both sides until browned.
|
4. Stir in carrots and cabbage; stir-fry until vegetables are golden and "squeak" in the skillet.
|
5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and salt to taste.
