What You Need: |

¾ cup diced cooked ham
½ teaspoon paprika generous dash crushed saffron or ground turmeric
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can (10½ ounces) condensed onion soup
1 can (11 ounces) condensed tomato rice soup
1½ soup cans water
1 pound frozen raw shrimp, cleaned
1 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Brown ham with paprika and saffron in oil in a saucepan.
|
2. Add remaining ingredients except egg; bring to a boil.
|
3. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, or until done, stirring occasionally.
|
4. Garnish with egg.
