What You Need: |

3 slices bacon
10 ounces fresh bean sprouts
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon monosodium glutamate (MSG)

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cook the bacon on paper toweling in the microwave oven until crisp (about 3 minutes). Set aside.
|
2. Put all the other ingredients in a covered casserole and stir.
|
3. Cook, covered, in the microwave oven stirring once or twice until just barely tender.
|
4. Crumble the bacon and sprinkle on top. Serve with additional soy sauce.
