Egg And Lemon Sauce Or Soup

What You Need: |

2 cups chicken broth
1 egg
Juice of ˝ lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
|

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Heat the broth in the microwave until very hot. Beat the egg and lemon juice together.
|
2. Stir in some of the hot soup. Stir the egg mixture into the remaining hot soup.
|
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
|
4. Serve hot over Dolmadakia, Yalanci Dolma, or use as a refreshing soup.
