What You Need: |

4 cups chicken broth
½ cup sherry wine
¼ pound cooked ham, shredded
1 cup finely-chopped cooked chicken
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and finely chopped
½ teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
4 thick slices French bread, toasted and buttered

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Heat the broth to a boil in the microwave oven in a covered casserole.
|
2. Stir in the wine, ham, chicken, egg, salt, and pepper.
|
3. Bring back to a boil, covered, in the microwave oven.
|
4. Serve in soup bowls and float a slice of the bread on each serving.
