What You Need: |

2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup annatto seeds
|

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Place the oil in a 2-quart heavy saucepan and heat to about 350°F.
|
2. Add the annatto seeds and remove the pan from the heat.
|
3. Allow to cool and strain the oil into a glass jar.
|
4. Store in the refrigerator.
