What You Need: |

4 cups ripe tomatoes, cored and chopped
5 jalapeno peppers, seeded, cored, and chopped
2 medium yellow onions, peeled and chopped
˝ green bell pepper, cored, seeded, and chopped
1 cup canned tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon peeled and finely chopped or crushed garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
1˝ tablespoons red wine vinegar
Salsa jalapeno to taste

How To Cook: |

1. Do not cook. Simply mix all the ingredients well and add enough salsa jalapeno to suit your taste.

2. Careful, the stuff is hot! Store in the refrigerator, covered, in plastic.
