What You Need: |

1 medium yellow onion, peeled and sliced
1 bunch fresh coriander, most of the stems removed
1 teaspoon peeled and chopped garlic
½ cup fresh mint leaves
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoons sugar
2 small jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon dry-roasted cumin seeds
2 tablespoons dry-roasted peanuts
¼ cup water

How To Cook: |

1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.

2. Refrigerate, covered, for up to 2 weeks.
