What You Need: |

Sauerkraut, fresh or packed in glass, is drained and rinsed quickly with fresh water
Vinaigrette
2 red bell peppers

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Drain it well.
|
2. Put it into a salad bowl along with some slivered fresh cabbage, a few chopped Anaheim or Cubanelle peppers, and 1 or 2 fresh red bell peppers, julienned.

3. A light vinaigrette dressing is added, along with paprika and pepper. Check for salt.
