Spice Iranian Mixture
(Advieh)
What You Need:
  • 2 tablespoons ground dried rose petals (Available in spice shops. Be sure they are edible!)
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon coriander seeds
  • ½ teaspoon black peppercorns
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

  • How To Cook:
    1. Grind all the spices and mix together in a blender.

    2. Store in an airtight container to preserve freshness.

    To Make: 2/3 cup
