What You Need: |

6 black crabs, boiled
1 oz butter, softened
˝ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 country pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon vinegar
Salt
Breadcrumbs
Butter

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Clean the crabs and pick out all the meat, including the claws and smaller bones. Save four shells.
|
2. Mix the crab meat with the butter, onion, pepper, salt and vinegar. The mixture should be moist but not soggy.
|
3. Wash the shells well and wipe with a little oil. Fill each with the crab mixture, top with the breadcrumbs and dot with butter.
|
4. Bake in a hot oven until the crumbs are brown.
