How To Cook: |

1. Cover cabbage with water, bring to a boil and drain.

2. In a shallow 2 quart dish, arrange cabbage, breadcrumbs and cheese in layers.
|
3. Beat eggs with salt, pepper and mustard.
|
4. Add milk and pour over the cabbage.
|
5. Let stand for 15 minutes. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350°F oven.
