What You Need: |

3 baked potatoes in skin
2 tablespoons grated coconut
3 tablespoons beer
2 oz butter
Salt, cinnamon

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cut potatoes in half, scoop out pulp.
|
2. Crush with beer and butter.
|
3. Add coconut and salt.
|
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake through to heat and serve.
|
