Beef And Rice Casserole
What You Need:
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato paste
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1½ pounds ground beef

    TOPPING
  • Remaining ¼ can tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • ¼ cup water

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix together corn, rice, ¾ can of tomato paste, water, onion, salt and pepper; spread in the bottom of greased casserole dish.

    2. Season ground beef with salt and pepper and form into potties.

    3. Place potties on top of mixture in casserole and cover with topping.

    4. Cover casserole and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

    TOPPING:
    1. Mix together.

    To Serve: 3 - 4
