What You Need: |

2 pounds any preferred fish
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons hot sauce
2 onions, sliced
Juice of 2 lemons or limes

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Place cleaned and washed fish in cooking pot and three-quarters cover with water.
|
2. Add salt, pepper, butter or margarine, hot sauce and lemon juice.
|
3. Place onions on top of fish and cook over medium heat until fish is tender.
|
4. Avoid cooking too long as fish will flake.
|
