˝ pound broad beans (shelled)
1 pound potatoes
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tablespoon diced sour pickles
Salt, pepper, oil and vinegar

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Boil the beans in some salted water.
|
2. Boil potatoes.
|
3. Mix beans, diced potatoes, chopped eggs and pickles and season to taste.
|
4. Moisten with oil and vinegar.
