Cauliflower Custard
What You Need:
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt, nutmeg, garlic powder

  • How To Cook:
    1. Boil cauliflower in some salt and water.

    2. When cool, break off flowerets and put into a greased dish.

    3. Beat 2 eggs with milk and garlic powder. Pour over cauliflower.

    4. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake until set.
